Yes. By creating one source of truth for your store's inventory, Zippedi bridges the gap between physical and digital. For e-commerce, we provide precise product location to slash pick times and reduce substitution friction. For the supply chain, our data helps correct system counts to kill "phantom inventory" and prevent over-ordering.
For a brand new client, initial deployment and service enablement takes approximately 6 weeks, which includes data integration and training the custom AI models. Once the foundational AI is trained for your brand, rolling the service out to additional stores takes only up to 1 week per store.
Stores must meet a few simple requirements for the robot to operate safely and effectively. The store needs a smooth, uniform floor surface and aisles that are at least 1.6 meters wide. Additionally, the robot requires a dedicated 1.5x1.5x2m space for its continuous charging station and reliable in-store WiFi connectivity.
We offer an initial Proof of Value (PoV) framework to ensure rapid adoption and quickly prove the financial impact of our service. This structured process involves a preparation phase, a 6-week deployment, and a 12-to-24-week live operation period where we closely monitor performance against your specific success criteria before scaling.
